All guest tickets for Saturday’s game against Georgia Tech have been claimed.

Cameron was absolutely rockin’ on Saturday! Thanks to all who waited it out in the rain to cheer on the Devils as they handed a tough UVA team their first loss of the season. Let’s keep the ball bouncing this coming Saturday (1/26) when Duke returns home from a reunion with Coach Capel to take on the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.

A couple important reminders in advance of Saturday’s game:

1. Everyone seeking entry to the graduate and professional student section in Cameron must first obtain a wristband at the Bostock Gate ticket office.

2. No bags, backpacks, purses, clutches, fanny packs, etc. will be permitted in the graduate and professional student section.

3. No guests under the age of 18 will be permitted in the graduate and professional student section.

4. Please make sure you have access to barcoded versions of all tickets at least 24 hours in advance of the game. The more time we have to help you locate missing tickets, the better for everyone!

5. If another graduate or professional student is in possession of your ticket for Saturday’s game (or if you plan to advance your ticket to another graduate or professional student), please make sure they have access to this information. Either forward them this email or direct them to the 'Game Day Information' page on the Basketball Committee website.

As always, if you do not plan to attend this game, please donate your ticket back through the ticket portal or advance your ticket to another graduate student. More information on using the ticket portal functions can be found here.

Students who are not included in the fire marshal’s head count if the section closes may not be able to gain re-entry.

Walk-Up Line:

Guest Information:

The game against Georgia Tech will feature a '1-brings-2' guest promotion. This means that a ticket holder with a valid Duke ID can request to bring up to two additional guests (see instructions below). Note that guest tickets are limited in number: once they have all been claimed, additional guest tickets will not be made available. Though guests do not need to be current Duke students, they must be 18 years of age or older. Guests must be accompanied by a ticket bearing graduate or professional student in order to obtain a wristband. Guests are never guaranteed admission.

Be sure to claim a guest ticket only if you intend to use it. Ticket holders with guests must arrive by 11:15 AM. No exceptions. Guests without Duke IDs will not be allowed in the walk-up line. Guests are responsible to uphold all community standards and ticket usage policies set forth by the Basketball Committee, Duke University Athletics Association, and Duke University.

Instructions for Claiming a Guest Ticket

The links to claim guest tickets through the GoDuke ticket portal will be made available at the top of the Basketball Committee website’s ‘Game Day Information’ page tonight (1/22) at 11:59 PM. After the designated time, you may click the link corresponding to the number of guest tickets you wish to claim. Once you arrive on the event page, click the gray 'Select' button, make sure the quantity in the dropdown menu matches the desired number of guest tickets, and then click the green ‘Find Seats’ button.

Next, select ‘Complimentary Grad Student Guest’ in the Ticket Type dropdown menu for each guest ticket. Then, be sure to select ‘Print at Home’ (NOT ‘Will Call’) for the Shipping Method and click the green ‘Confirm Reservation’ button. The ‘Print at Home’ option will afford you access to a PDF version of your guest tickets you can use even if you don’t intend to actually print them.

After confirming your reservation, you should be taken to a summary of your order. If this form is blank, go back and make sure you have selected ‘Complimentary Grad Student Guest’ for each guest ticket in the previous step. If you see the correct number of guest tickets on this page, click the green ‘Confirm Order’ button. On the next page, click the green ‘Process Order’ button. You should receive an on-screen message indicating your order is now complete. From this page you should also be able to click the green ‘Print Tickets’ button in order to download a PDF containing your guest ticket.

You should also receive an email receipt with a PDF attachment containing your guest tickets. Note that neither the confirmation message nor the receipt will be sufficient for entry to the graduate and professional student section in Cameron. Please make sure you have access to each barcoded guest ticket when you and your guests arrive at the Bostock Gate ticket office to receive your wristbands.
