GAME DAY FAQS
1. How do I get into Cameron on game day as a ticket holder?
Go to the Bostock Gate ticket office on the north side of Wallace Wade. Once there, with your ticket and Duke ID in hand, you will be able to receive a wristband corresponding to the section you wish to stand in (i.e., bench side or band side). You will then be directed to the appropriate line where you will wait until members of the ushering staff bring you into Cameron. Please note that a season ticket only guarantees admission up until 30 minutes prior to tip-off. Season ticket holders arriving after this time will be directed to join the walk-up line.
2. Is it possible to get into Cameron on game day without a ticket?
Graduate and professional students with a valid Duke ID are always welcome to join the walk-up line. Checking in at the Bostock Gate ticket office with your Duke ID will allow you to receive a walk-up line wristband. Please note that students in the walk-up line are never guaranteed admission. We do our best to accommodate as many people as possible, but space in our sections is limited.
3. How do I advance my ticket to another graduate or professional student?
Log into your ticket account and select the ‘Ticket Advance’ function. Click on the green ‘Advance’ button to the right of your order (don’t worry—you will not advance all of your tickets). Next, enter the email address for the person to whom you wish to advance your ticket(s). Finally, select the ticket(s) you wish to advance and click the ‘Confirm Advance’ button.
4. How do I donate my ticket so another graduate or professional student may purchase it?
Log into your ticket account and select the ‘Ticket Back’ function. Click on the green ‘Ticket Back’ button to the left of your order, select the ticket(s) you wish to donate, and finally click the ‘Confirm Ticket Back’ button.
5. Who is eligible to bring guests to games?
Only those graduate and professional students with tickets, whether it is their season ticket they won through the lottery or a ticket they received from another graduate student. Guests in the graduate and professional student section must be at least 18 years of age. This policy applied broadly to the graduate and professional student section and is not specific to a certain guest promotion. Individuals planning to join the walk-up line are not permitted to bring guests.
6. What do I do once I am in Cameron?
Proceed to your designated section—either Section 18 (band-side) or Section 20 (bench-side)—and get ready to enjoy the game! If you are unsure where to go, look for a member of the ushering staff and they will help direct you.
7. I am not receiving the email blasts containing information about game day operations and guest promotions.
